GROOMING SERVICE REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICIES

Trendy Paws allows the paw parents to cancel the appointment with us at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled time or else he/she will not be entitled to receive any refund and will have to reschedule the service.

The paw parents are entitled to receive the refund in accordance to the below conditions:

·        If the paw parent cancels the appointment within 24 hours of booking with at least a day left before the date of appointment then he/she shall get 90% of the amount as a refund.

·        If the paw parent cancels a day before the scheduled date of appointment then he/she shall get 80% of the amount as a refund.

·        If the paw parent cancels on the date of appointment then he/she shall get 70% of the amount as a refund.

Note: The paw parents can reschedule at any point of time with no additional charges.
